Beckley Half Marathon, 5K Run and 5K Walk
The Annual Beckley Half Marathon, 5K Run and 5K Walk, presented by the Beckley-Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce & MOUNTAIN STATE UNIVERSITY is held in Beckley the first Saturday in October. The Beckley Half Marathon events take place on a picturesque and challenging course as only Southern WV can offer...through historic downtown Beckley.

BODYWORKS CORPORATE WALK CUP
Bodyworks Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation challenges all business to organize a Corporate Walk Team. A “Corporate Walk Cup” trophy will be awarded to the winning team for display at their business. Businesses register walkers individually for the Corporate Walk or individuals can register and pick a team to walk for. Teams are unlimited on the number of members. The more members a team has the better the opportunity the team has to win the “Corporate Walk Cup.” The Corporate Walk will take place on the 3.1 mile (5K) course. Event officials will walk the course at a normal walking pace to determine an official time for the walk. The walk time will be sealed and opened at the end of the walk event. The walker that comes closest to the pre-determined time without going over will win the “Corporate Walk Cup” for their team. Complete the 5K Walk application and include the name of the Corporate Walk Team walking for.

Event Schedule
A Pre-Race Registration Session and Pre-Race Dinner is held the evening before Race Day on the campus of Mountain State University from 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
Race Day begins with Registration from 6:30am - 7:30am. Pre-Race Instructions, Opening Ceremonies and Start get underway at 8:00am
All event pre-race and race day activities take place at Mountain State University's Learning Resource Center on South Kanawha Street in Beckley.
